If you are a clinician, chaplain, or other professional working with active-duty military and you would like to refer a patient to this study please either call us with the patient present or provide the patient with our contact number to call or text at their leisure.

As a professional courtesy to other medical providers, our program coordinator will provide you with updates as patients initiate & complete treatment to insure proper continuation of care. Your email address will be requested to facilitate this service.
